Weirdo Easter Shopping Guide

So, I love a holiday.  I am the first to admit that I do not really believe in the tales behind Easter (aka Zombie Jesus day), but if I can celebrate with presents and fun activities then I am in.  Easter is traditionally laden with pastels, but with all the cool monochrome bunny gear out there, there is no need to succumb to the pale pallets of yore.  Here are some of my favorite pieces for a Weirdo Easter!

Nununu New Winter Arrivals

Broken record alert: I love Nununu. So when I saw an email with the word new in it, I had to jump right over and check it all out.  It's mostly a fill in of styles from their AW 16/17 stuff, but there are some new pieces.  I'm intrigued particularly these maxi numbers I selected. I cannot get over how CUTE kids look in maxi lengths, but I do wonder about the safety. Have you ever max-ied out your kid? How was it? I'm so curious. Rebel and Heart

I know this blog is new, but I think it's fairly obvious I love a black and white situation.  Don't get me wrong, color is great. It's beautiful.  It's very important for children to explore.  But there is just something about a crisp black and white on a child that makes my heart melt.  So when I discovered Rebel and Heart on Instagram, I squealed.  Black and white AND these adorable Halloween prints?  AHHH! Huxbaby SS16

Huxbaby is one of those brands that BRINGS it every season.  Some of my favorite pieces for the girls came from this Aussie brand.  They just released their Spring/Summer 16 collection and they've revamped some old favorite and introduced some new beauties (HELLO monochrome fruit print!).  Check out some of my favorites from the look book below.
